我發呢張帖十分鐘前，接到佛山移動一條客服仔電話，居然三句唔埋就一大拃「滿大人」，又話唔識粵語，我詐聽唔明一直以白話應答，跟住乾脆用英文：「Can you speak Cantonese or English without saying Madarin?」，有理冇理逼到佢自動收皮。做得本地客服，識精啲學曉同客戶打好交道嘅工具啦！
