biscuit in US is flake and fluffy, not too soft , golden color use for make a small american sandwich (round one)
cookies can crisp or soft but not flake at all, light brown color
cracker is totally different thing , just like a crispy snack cracker ,
size
area : cookie> biscuit> cracker
height: biscuit> cookie > cracker
甜圈 is donut , totally diffrent from biscuit
所以個台灣人應該用biscuit比 cracker
