子午捶 （jee ng choi），配合二字鉗羊馬和基本沖捶練習，訓練沿子午線出拳的爆 發力。（子午捶）可以延伸爲連環捶和三星捶。子午捶訓練自身的子午線協調，攻擊 對方的子午線，控制雙方的子午線。 偏捶（pien choi），又叫偏身捶，配合轉馬偏身的強大沖力出拳；偏身拳同時訓練面 對面、側身或側翼運用詠春拳；偏身捶也可以延伸爲跪馬捶。 獨龍捶 （duk lung choi）， 結合之前的兩式練習的補充練習。它由前站立的位置向 側面出拳再由側身站立的姿勢向前出拳；它也可以結合連環拳和膀手活動，總的來 說，獨龍拳訓練（詠春拳手）反應和來自側面、背後的攻擊，練習時應四個方向都練 習。

箭捶（jin choi），利用獨龍拳向前或向側面進步攻擊，要求身步協調；同時訓練降 低身體作防守 (快速站穩、改變子午線等等) 和進攻 (攻擊、破壞重心、控制等等)。 三品掌（sam pan jeung）， 練習攤手、撐掌和耕手動作在內、外門和下路的攔截； 同時也訓練詠春拳手橋的三角型架構；這個動作通常要配合搭擋打出高、低拳訓練。 内、外镰阴阳掌（loi lim yum yeung jeung）， 也叫攤伏手，由詠春拳兩個最初級 的截取動作組成一套短而密的動作；通過手橋上輕微的轉變，這招可以延伸爲？走 打？（jao da）和 半攤膀等等。 內搭（noi dap），有時稱爲內鐮手，由頭兩式組合演化，訓練從子午線外門進入內門 的技巧；這一式由內部控手和外部連環構成，變化包括內攤和內抐。
