保留，虽然我们不知革命为何，但红巾为共和国一个「商标」，」国家特色「。
取消，只有古巴，北韩等流氓国使用这种意识形态的东西。
保留，今天取消，明天天朝就要变天。
改性质：普遍在学校取消。限定只有少数「少年先锋童子军」使用红领巾。
保留但改造型：用国外童子军领巾制式。红底加黄边。与苏联红领巾划清界线。
现代化其造型：允许部分学校改成西式「红领带」，「红领结」，穿英式西服校服。
完全改颜色：改成「蓝领巾」，先锋队改名「爱国少年先锋队」。
多项综合：普遍再校取消。另立爱国少先童子军，用蓝巾或用红底镶黄巾。
取消，并立法禁止任何人戴红领巾。对违法戴红领巾者予以没收，罚款等措施。

」红领巾少先队「这个历史遗留问题的最终解决办法：

1）红领巾少先队 要 多元化改革。

2）公立学校从小学生到初中，允许「加盟学校」保留「中国少年队」，是一个国家的少年队。 特别强调「是「加盟学校」才能够加入。　每个加盟学校的少年队都叫「Chapter」，或「章」。 每一章少年队都可以 根据「多元创意」的原则来 设计自己 章的外观。 特别规定，不一定是全校学生强制编入该校一章的中国少年队。而是每校的 中国少年队「教头」 采用优选的办法设法扩大公立学校中国少年队的人数和组织，做到该校一章的中国少年队「真正存在，真正运作」而不是一个固定的形式。

也就是说，「中国少年队」的队员成员身份，将来会参考现在「共青团员」的成员身份。共青团员并不是高中生自动编入的。以后中国少年队也不会因为是公立小学生，就自动编入。

多元创意以后，可以用各章不同的标志来把不同学校的少年队制服多元化起来。某些可以用特别的T恤，某些可以用美式卷领巾，某些可以戴野外帽，某些可以戴章。

在每一「章」下，可以采用带有民族色彩的纵队称呼，如「腾龙队」，「虎贲队」等。



3）在中国，允许国际慈善无政府组织「国际童子军」在中国批准一个或数个互相隶属或互不隶属的童子军组织。也是按「章」编排。有的童军只是季节性的「营」，队员轮番。有的童子军是常年的，而且每一学期学员都要升级。 将来「绿党」等政党，也会搞自己的「少年队」。可以从属国际童军，也可以不从属。

将来各民族，如满族，回族，蒙族等，都可以搞 「满族少年队」，「满族童子军」等，属于国家多元文化拨款项目。有的少年队不从属国际童军组织。而成为「某族童子军」的就必须受到国际童子军组织规划节制。


4）某些 公立 或 私立学校，尤其私立学校，可以完全不加盟中国少年队，不设隶属少年队的教头。他们可以 把以前的「红领巾」 完全变形为「领带」等 英式，日式 学校制服。 还可以允许 某种制式制服和学生组织模式的学校，组成「贵族制服学校联盟」，统一这种模式的运作。

5）某些学校，公立或私立 或「集体」，「地方」性质的学校，可以不遵循贵族制服模式，也不遵循 少年队/童子军 模式。这些学校可以选择美式自由主义 模式。 他们会在学校里面搞「嘻哈俱乐部」，「少年周杰伦」 等大人鼓励的流行文化运动。

6）某些季节性的「营」脱胎于童军，不受国际童子军节制。将来国家军队会在地区设置「军训靴子营」，「少年士官生」 等组织。某些营，只不过是父母为了约束孩子而花钱送入的。而「少年士官生」则是培养未来国防军军官的重要组织。这些少年军事性组织着重灌输民族主义 和 民族传统精神。

HBU has little information on Chinese Pioneering, but a HBU reader who recently visited China has provided some information. Membership in the Chinese Pioneers is in the 2000s not compulsory, but refusing to join could, until recently, run you into some trouble. One report from Shanghai indicated a boy who refused to join because he was Catholic had some diffulty obtaining further education. HBU is not sure just when this occurred, but suspects that in the 1950s and 60s that membership probably was virtually compulsory. Certainly refusing to join the Cultural Revolution could have been dangerous for a boy or even his family. The red neckerchief is the only uniform item. They tie it with an overhand knot or a reef knot and use no woggle.

This shirt is an example of the uniforms worn by children aged 6-14 who were members of the Young Pioneers in East Germany. Founded in 1948, the Young Pioneer movement was similar to the Boy and Girl Scout movements that originated in the United Kingdom at the turn of the century and spread around the world. Like the Scouts, children involved in the Young Pioneers attended regular after school meetings, went to summer camp, and learned patriotic virtues. Unlike Scouting, participation in the Young Pioneers was hardly voluntary--children were expected to participate--and the ideology off the Young Pioneers was much more overtly political. The pins on the shirt mark this particular shirt as likely being from the Ernst Thälmann Pioneers which, with the Young Pioneers were part of the umbrella Ernst Thälmann Pioneer Organization in East Germany. From 1948-1973 both groups wore the blue neckerchief, but after 1973 the Thälmann Pioneers switched to a red neckerchief like those worn by their Pioneer colleagues in the Soviet Union. This shirt also displays the characteristic pins worn by the children to commemorate their participation in various Pioneer activities, congresses, camps, and so on. All across Eastern Europe, Communist parties established similar youth organizations with similar goals and procedures.

The Parisian Scouts can』t be missed. Yann checks each member thoroughly outside of church – shirts and red and yellow neckerchiefs are a must. What does he think of the uniform? 『It』s not a uniform! During a seminar they explained to us that we have to speak of 『clothing』 (tenu), otherwise the military feeling is too strong. Sure, other people have noted the ominous parallels between the Boy Scouts, Hitler Youth, and Young Pioneers.  But this is the first article that exposed the USA's government schools (socialist schools) as the source of the salute for the Youth under the National Socialist German Workers' Party and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
