BACKGROUND

Loh Kin Wah served as the Chairman of the Management Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and Spokesman of the Management Board of Qimonda AG, Germany.

From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Loh served as President and Managing Director of Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific, Singapore and also served as the Chief Executive Officer of its Memory Business Division.

Mr. Loh served on Management Board of Infineon since December 2004 and served as its Head of the Communication segment from January to July 2005 and Executive Vice President of the Memory Products segment since July 28, 2005.

Mr. Loh began his career at Siemens Components in 1978 as a Quality Engineer in Malacca, Malaysia, later serving as General Manager (Production) of Siemens Components Singapore from 1993 to 1996.

Since 1997, he served as Managing Director of Siemens Components. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board for NavSemi, Inc. He served as a Director at Winbond Electronics Corp. from April 30, 2008 to August 17, 2008.

He holds an a Certified Diploma in Business Administration and an Honorary Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the University of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, and a certified diploma in Finance and Accounting from ACCA UK.
