中新网8月6日电据韩联社报道，印度尼西亚一个没有文字的少数民族将韩文采用为正式文字，并开始实施教育，韩文世界化计划终于开花结果。
　　报道援引韩国训民正音学会和相关学界等的表态6日称，印度尼西亚苏拉威西省布顿岛(Buton) 巴务巴务(Bau Bau)市最近将韩文确定为标记该地区土著语——吉阿吉阿(音)语的正式文字。
　　据称，巴务巴务市7月21日向吉阿吉阿族聚集区——索拉奥利奥(音)地区的40多名小学生分发用韩语印的吉阿吉阿语教科书，开始授课。学生们每周将学习四个小时。教科书名为《吉阿吉阿语1》，由「写」、「说」、「读」三个部分组成，所有课文都用韩文标记。
　　巴务巴务市同时用韩语初级教材向附近第6高中的140多名学生教韩国语，每周8小时。
　　报道指出，拥有6万多人口的吉阿吉阿族有着自己独立的语言，但因为没有文字，无法进行母语教育，面临失去本民族语言的危机。得知这一情况后，训民正音学会有关负责人找到巴务巴务市，建议采用韩文，于去年7月签署了关于普及韩文的谅解备忘录(MOU)，并由学会出面为吉阿吉阿族学生编撰并提供教科书。

吉阿吉阿語
吉阿吉阿語，或稱西布頓語屬於南島語系，主要使用於靠近於印尼苏拉威西岛東南海岸旁之布顿岛南端巴務巴務市(Bau-Bau)周邊。至2005年大約有79,000人使用吉阿吉阿語[3] 。
說吉阿吉阿語的人、大都是穆斯林，也同時使用窩里沃語(Wolio language)，印尼语。窩里沃語是一種近似吉阿吉阿語的語言。
吉阿吉阿語一度使用一種稱為袞度爾(gundul)的文字。這種袞度爾源於以阿拉伯字母為基礎的爪夷文，但袞度爾另發展有5個附加子音字母、不過沒有使用元音符號。於2009年吉阿吉阿語改採韓國諺文(韓字)字母作為其現代化的文字，因此獲得國際媒體注意。[1][2][4]另外，為了完整標示吉阿吉阿語的所有音素，吉阿吉阿語採用了一個現代韓語已不再使用的字母「ㅸ」來標示濁雙唇擦音[β][5]。

韩文首次在国外被采纳为少数民族的正式文字。训民正音学会（会长首尔大学教授金周源）6日表示，印度尼西亚苏拉威西省布顿岛巴务巴务市将韩文确定为标记该地区土著语——吉阿吉阿(音)语的正式文字。

巴务巴务市上月21日向吉阿吉阿族聚居区——索拉奥利奥(音)地区的40多名小学生发放了用韩语印的吉阿吉阿语教科书并开始授课，每周四个小时。

拥有6万多人口的吉阿吉阿族有自己独立的语言，但因为没有文字进行标记，所以无法进行母语教育，面临着失去本民族语言的危机。韩语教科书中包括吉阿吉阿族的语言和文化、布顿岛的历史和社会故事，以及韩国传统童话《兔子传》等。

训民正音学会去年7月同巴务巴务市签署了关于普及韩文的谅解备忘录(MOU)，并为吉阿吉阿族学生制作了教科书。市里还推进在街头标志牌上同时标记罗马字和韩文，并用韩文出版历史书和民间故事书等。

金周源表示：「曾几次试图向少数民族传播韩文，但与地方政府签署谅解备忘录并正式出版教科书对学生进行教育还是第一次。」

印少數民族韓文寫母語〔編譯羅彥傑／綜合六日外電報導〕南韓國立首爾大學教授李昊英（譯音）六日表示，印尼一支沒有書寫文字的少數民族，已決定採用韓文作為其文字，成為世界上第一支將韓文視為正式文字的少數民族。消息傳開後，南韓學界、相關團體及網友紛紛表示歡迎，認為此舉將成為韓文世界化的起點。
南韓媒體報導，提倡韓文世界化的「訓民正音學會」及相關學術團體表示，印尼東南部蘇拉威西省武敦島巴務巴務市的吉阿吉阿族（Cia-Cia），已決定以韓文書寫其原始語言。吉阿吉阿族人口約六萬，有自己的語言但沒有文字，無法進行母語教育，正處於失去母語的危機。
「訓民正音學會」在獲悉情況後，建議巴務巴務市採用韓文，並於去年七月簽署關於普及韓文的備忘錄，為該族學生編纂和提供教科書。身為該學會會員的李昊英表示，巴務巴務市在七月二十一日開始根據「訓民正音學會」編纂的韓文教科書教學。這些教科書內容在介紹吉阿吉阿族的歷史與文化。
「訓民正音學會」已承諾在十一月開始興建吉阿吉阿族的文化中心，以訓練語言教師並支援文化交流工作。該學會多年來一直積極將韓文推廣至亞洲各地缺乏自身文字系統的少數民族。

The Hunminjeongeum Research Institute attempts to spread the use of Hangul to unwritten languages of Asia.[17] In 2009 they had their first success, with the adoption of Hangul by the town of Bau-Bau, in Sulawesi, Indonesia, to write the Cia-Cia language.[2][3][4]

韩语字母只适用于朝鲜半岛呢种文化土壤

韩国文字兼具方块字同拼音文字噶特点，将一个含有字义噶音素，按顺序将若干字母凑成一个方块字体，可以组合出无限多种读音

我就唔多觉得东南亚噶民族适合使用呢种汉字文化思维噶文字喇，反正假名都系一个字母一个读音，不如用假名，仲唔使韩语感拼来拼去
