洗葡萄的时候，用剪刀将蒂头与果实交接处，小心剪开。不要剪到皮（破皮容易污染到果肉），也不要留一小断梗在果实之外。（留梗的葡萄，除了不易洗净以外，也容易刺伤其它的葡萄的果皮。）有腐烂的葡萄，先挑除不要。

千万不可以用「拔」梗的，因为会留下一个洞，果肉容易腐烂。

剪完的枝梗，可以看到与葡萄交接处平滑完整。如果用拔「梗」的，会将果实的纤维拉出，伤了葡萄。

葡萄上面白白的脏东西，参杂有蜘蛛丝，渗液，昆虫，不可食用。一定要洗干净才能食用（特别是打汁饮用）。

洗葡萄的过程一定要快（五分钟以内），免得葡萄吸水胀破，容易烂掉。

倒掉脏水，用清水冲洗干净。清水冲洗至没有泡沫为止。

将沥干的葡萄倒入其中，一次大约一层葡萄的厚度，而且可以滚动。双手握好平底盘，前后摇动，使葡萄均匀滚动。如此一来，残存的水分就可以吸干了。
