<P>綠豆湯呢樣嘢唔同「綠豆粥」、「綠豆冰」、「綠豆糖水」。通常係用綠豆作主料加好多水煲湯，可以加蓮子、紅棗等等其他嘢作輔料，再落啲冰糖，煲完之後當飲品，綠豆重係大顆粒嘅，唔似綠豆沙，可以熱飲，夏天則冰鎮用嚟降暑清火。因為方法簡單，所以好多人都自己煲，包括我。<IMG border=0 alt="" src="http://bbs.cantonese.asia/images/smilies/default/lol.gif" smilieid="12"> </P>
<P>綠豆湯應該唔係粵港式甜品，係我哋呢邊先有啫，所以一定要用返原名「綠豆湯」先可以表達清楚。</P> <P>下···jean···</P>
