Folks, due to the controversial topic, please post your replies/responses in english, alright?

Recently,I saw or heard about some talking from the chairman of People's congress Council concerning the 'one country, two systems'.However, the outcome is disappointing for HK guys or someone.

He said,"the central government handed down what the HKSAR would carry out".How abysmal!!

I suppose the basic law was wrong from that time.It was deng's flaw.

Why?Because he had no idea for law system between UK and mainland during that time.Really,he was a legal illiteracy at all.He not understood the difference between common law system and civil law system.

So that poses nowaday story.Of course,we never blame deng for his claim. Why not the fucking legalists corrected his point in that time?

The basic law was a malformation from outset,it was unsuitable for HK.But they were not conscious to something, and enforced it.

Now,everyone is making up the errors. They are busy for clarification, however, from legalists to officers.Who on earth have stirred up a hornet'nest?Who on earth will be responsible for this event?

Maybe we should talk about this anymore later. No one..................
