問兩個問題（施政報告及『鏗鏘集』）

一，特首施政報告有無有得買，香港哪裡有得買？９７以後的都要，另外；
二，香港哪裡可以買到「鏗鏘集」的光碟，帶「鏗鏘集」返大陸會否被大陸海關查，沒收？

我琴晚錄製咗走過十五年同埋走過二十年嘅影片，不過感覺畫質麻麻，先至會想去買。

呢个确实系。虽然香港系一个商业社会，但系喺人文探究呢方面，例如纪录片，都拍得几有水平，之起码嘅系，有自己嘅分析，够中肯，够客观，够真实。例如香港嘅TVB就系一个好例子。
