「兜鍪」是否正字？

廣州話詞彙，同義詞應該是「折墮」，出自辛棄疾詞「何處望神州，滿眼風光北固樓，千古興亡多少事悠悠，無盡長江滾滾流，年少萬<FONT color=red>兜鍪</FONT>，坐斷東南戰未休，天下英雄誰敵手，曹劉，生子當如孫仲謀。」請正字高手解答！

当然惊死人地唔知啦！好似查字典咁高深嘅学问，你以为人人都识㗎？<br>好似你咁嘅人，就查唔出啦！<br>脑笋仔，<br>有本事你就查出个「笋」字来证明下你条脑笋嘅出处啦！<br>不过睇死你查唔出嘅。<br>
