写粤语论文求助~~

唔好意思。。主题同我呢篇也好似唔多拉更。。。
        因为最近要写毕业论文既时候搜到呢个论坛。。发觉呢边实在好多对粤语有研究既人，所以希望你地可以帮到我，我而家真系头大。。。或者净系比D相关书目比我作为参考，我已经好感激架啦。。我真系好迷茫。。多谢大家！！
        
 
 
PS.我见论坛入边全部用正规既粤语繁体字来写。。而我用唔正规既简体字真系感到十分抱歉。。迟D我会改进既。。。不过可能要忙完论文。。。SORRY

本来系想写粤语有趣既词句，列左个提纲比老师睇。。。距话太乱太大咯，所以我就想先睇先书积累下先

我想问『麦』水个『麦』既正字应该点写啊?
 
另外，『水』除左「心水」、油水，『晒』除左「晒命」，仲有乜特殊用法？
