7、禁止企圖製造事端，破壞討論區秩序的行為，違者將收到嚴懲。以一個或多個註冊名製造事端者，一經查出，將對其所有註冊名施以處罰。
 
朱利安涉嫌以多个分身搞事，混淆视听。手法糸：先以一个分身发贴求教，然后以另一分身俾出错误答案，故意鱼目混珠，妄想可以积非成是造成既成事实，以图达到搞乱粤语的目的。
 
手法卑劣，其心可诛。
 
在此，本人请求话事人可以作出查处。
 
同时，我希望朱利安可以针对我对其所作出的指控给予回应，以求事实之真相的明白。
 
我不希望封杀朱利安，因为论坛需要人气，而且敌人可以让我们警醒，让我们有危机感，是鞭策我们前进的动力。所谓「生于忧患，死于安乐。」忧患（敌人）的压力让我们生存。
 
但国有国法，家有家规，违规就要受罚。
 
1。可不可以将其所有分身在此作一公布及短期限制发言？
 
2。有没办法可以令朱利安既能自由发言，又可以防止他出术？
 
本人的指控若最终证明纯属捕风捉影的，本人愿意在此公开发表道歉声明，以还朱利安的清白。
