猶記得兒時的童謠 ---     落大雨，水浸街，阿哥擔柴上街賣，阿嫂出街著花鞋…… 
 
在此調查一下，除咗東莞之外，今日重有邊處暴雨成災引致水浸？

看來，政府可以先將「文明城市」的創建先行擱置，改為創建全國水浸城市，絕對可以免試pass
